A means of communication and consultation between the Parques del Sol Juntas and owners and renters: polls, assemblies, communications, documents and requests.

• Each filial has one vote per poll, however many people represent it on the portal.
• Polls consult the owners: their results guide the Juntas' decisions and do not replace the resolutions that the Condominium Property Law (No. 7933) and the condominio's rules reserve to the Owners' Assembly, unless an assembly's notice expressly says otherwise.
• Results are published when each vote closes.

• Your account is personal: do not share your sign-in codes.
• Keep your details up to date in "My profile".
• Be respectful: offensive comments may be removed.
